I'd like to be able to view the help system on my Chromebook both while I'm sitting at the DAW or when I am away from it and I just want to read-up on some features or procedures.

Possible?

To access the manual while Studio One is running is to hit Alt+F1.
Or from the very top toolbar, click Help. You will get a drop-down box, and the manual is at the top of the list.

Atari 5200, 64K RAM S1PRO Radio Shack Cassette Recorder w/internal Mic, and too many plugins.

Thanks Sirmonkey.... I was looking for a way to load it from my Chromebook, not while the program is running.

It's just web pages so it will run on anything but iOS, which blocks the JS behind it I think.
Go to Help > Open Settings Folder and open the extensions folder and copy the help folder from there. It'll run in any web browser.
