Any Native Instruments Kontrol Z1 users - MIDI learn problem

Hi

This post is targeted towards anybody who has a NI Kontrol Z1 or similar NI controller, my other controllers work fine I think it's a specific issue with Z1, would like to compare notes. I am using latest drivers and firmware.

I've set up Z1 as a MIDI controlller in Studio ONE version 3.
MIDI Learn works for a while and then MIDI learn stops working after about 30 seconds?
When analysing the MIDI data itself it simply seems to stop sending MIDI.
Only way to resolve is to shut down the computer, power off and power on.

I have tried removing and reinstalling the software.

Anybody else get this? (Windows 10).

Studio One Pro 6.x, Windows 11 Pro 64 bit, also running it on Mac OS Catalina via dual boot (experimental).
Presonus Quantum 2626, Presonus Studio 26c, Focusrite Saffire Pro 40, Faderport Classic (1.45), Atom SQ, Atom Pad, Maschine Studio, Octapad SPD-30, Roland A300, a number of hardware synths.
