Occasionally Studio One 3.5 will crash. I understand that this happens occasionally with all audio software and in some instances I am the direct cause when I attempt crazy things like changing from 44Khz to 48 while a song is playing.
The big issue for me is after a crash, I can not kill the studio one process from the task manager or from powershell running as local admin. I always get "access denied" message I've tried restarting the audio interface, and midi keyboard. Restarting Windows audio services and anything else related to midi so I can try and unlock what ever has the Studio One process locked. but no luck. Does anyone have any other method of doing this? I understand I can just restart my computer if all else fails, but it would be nice not to have to reboot everytime this happens. |
