Right. So after installing studio one and using it for a while, I have system warnings about my computer running low on memory. Considering that I have 16GB of memory, I didn't think it's even possible. Then it did, and whenever it does that, my monitor would temporarily shut off, my GPU driver stopped working, the resolution becomes 480p and my system freezes, leaving me only able to hard shutdown. It happened three times so far, and at the third time, my computer completely shut off, upon booting again, well, it won't. The system won't post and I couldn't get into the BIOS. Never had this problem before and have only occurred after I installed the studio one software. I have debugged everything and my components seem to work fine but it just won't post anymore; the bios screen does not even pop up - there is no signal detected on my monitor. Anyone been in this problem before? I need help, urgently.

Studio One would not cause these sort of problems. How old is the computer. It sounds like it could be a power supply issue. When power supplies go bad anything can happen.

It's actually just one month old. It's a new system though, with an amd ryzen r7 processor so that could be the problem. I have checked all my components and they all worked fine. Though I'm curious as to why my CPU could probably be the cause as the error began with the memory problem.

Start with the PSU by checking the 12, 5 and 3.3 volt legs with a meter or a decent app. Just because it's new doesn't always mean it's in tolerance under load. If it's good sweep the memory modules with a bootable memory utility. If they are good, stress the system with Super Pi at 32m/24 iterations or Prime95 etc.

Reseat your memory modules and video card a few times and check/recheck every wired connection.

Software, other than the likes of what I mentioned, will not make your machine act hinky like that.

Hope you get it sorted out and start making great music.

Cheers
