Hi...
I have installed studio one on a fresh install of windows and playing files from my external HD with samples located on causes a crash dump with a high percentage of them. at first i thought it was caused by vsts so uninstalled and hence the fresh install... Still no real progress though... It's making working on projects impossible and is really frustrating... Can anybody shed some light on this situation please... I will put the crash dump files on here as well! Thanks |

So the drive is not the problem.
Try turning the match song tempo flag on/off in the browser to see if that makes a difference.

sorry for the blockage of posts but deselecting the play sample at the song speed fixed it partially. Now it only happens when I drag samples into the song. crash dump again....

Okay that is what I suspected.
There is a rare issue with the stretch audio DLL. I can't remember the exact fix as I am not near a computer and on the phone. Sometimes a clean wipe and reinstall solve the problem. You can also update your ticket and tell support that you have a elastique audio dll install problem.
