version 2 downloaded but not v3...

I just got a fire studio project that was was told to download the software which is v2 and it would automatically download v3 in its place. It shows to be v2. I don't see any option on the website that will allow me to do this...[audio][/audio]

Was it purchased new? You will probably have to contact support to resolve.
