After I exported the mixdown via Projects page, I noticed that the analog delay effect was gone. Thus, I re-launched S1 and it came back.
This issue is similar to the automation issue. It happens randomly. Hope Presonus fixes these kinds of small bugs in the next update. There are so many of them and they take turns causing problems since the latest update. So tiring and frustrating. It wastes a lot of time.
