It looks like the new board has wiped our old signatures, please if you can put you Computer/OS/StudioOne version/soundcard in your signature. It makes it much easier to troubleshoot any problems quickly, and more importantly find bugs that may be specific to one system only. Its up top left under user control panel/profile/edit signature.

Go to your user account and update your signature there. It will port over.

Please add your specs to your SIGNATURE.
Search the STUDIO ONE 4 ONLINE MANUAL. Access your MY.PRESONUS account.
OVERVIEW of how to get your issue fixed or the steps to create a SUPPORT TICKET.

I went to the profile page but the signature stuff is not there. Any ideas?

Use the "User Control Panel" link at the top of this page. Go to Profile, Edit Signature.
