Every time I try to access my PreSonus account via the website, it takes me to a blank screen. And, it doesn't matter what browser I'm in at the time. The only fix I know of is to uninstall the browser, then reinstall it.

Does anyone know what might be causing this issue?

Have you tried clearing browser cache or cookies?
