disabled channels

When i open software the menu says failed to open realteck mic and audio recording is disabled. Then when I go to options- song- both channels are disabled. I have spent the better part of a week searching for a solution. My midi controller works great but cant record guitar thru audio box 96- any suggestions would be helpful

I just got my Audiobox 96 and I'm having the same/very similar issue. I cant record anything though, not just guitar When I search for the problem the only thing I can find is that all my inputs and outputs say "disabled" and I can't find a reason and I can't find a way to change them to enabled Don't have a clue what to do.
