A manufacturer that is proud of their products and engage with their customers is not afraid of customers opinions. The move from this forum to a knowledge-base that take customers opinions out of the equation tells us that something has changed at Presonus. I believe it is only a question of time until the forum is wiped, and that the community is better served by moving the discussions to an external forum that Presonus can not remove. The apparent attitude-change is sadly also pushing me away from Presonus products. I generally avoid products from manufacturers that are unwilling to engage with their user community. I like the idea of a knowledge-base for fast access to factual support information, but it should be a supplement, not a replacement, for the discussion forum.

About 25 posts per page, 4-6 full pages on a good day. My guess would be 80-100 post per day on average.
From the board index page you can set the entire forum to 'read' and you can also select to 'view unread' posts too. Between the two a count should be possible  |
