Hey,

Any chance Presonus can check their ecommerce pages, adding items to cart is fine, but when actually transferred to the Blue Snap site to pay, there are no items appearing in the cart?? Can this be checked, im waiting to pay for a transfer request. Sent a tech support request on Friday, but issue is still going on, Blue Snap say its an issue with the merchant site, as in Presonus.

I am reporting this to the powers that be, however there may not be a resolution right away. Currently, the Baton Rouge area is under heavy flooding from heavy rain, and Presonus offices are temporarily closed at this time because of that. This may or may not be the reason for the error you are seeing.

We are asking for patience from everyone, as there are many employees that have been displaced from their homes due to the flooding.
