Im sorry I was searching for an applicable topic. and I don't see one that one that 100% applies to the situation. (Please forgive me). Is anyone else having trouble logging into this forum? or actually this Presonus website in general. I thought it had something to do with the recent Apple update but I don't have problems logging into any of my other accounts just this site. It takes me like a million tries every time regardless of device.

Not a big deal, but its nice for others looking in a specific forum, to not have to page through things that dont pertain to that.

In reference to the log in issue

I enable cookies and Java on my device and then log in as usual but nothing. In the past when this would happen it was usually because I was rushing and didn't enable correctly one of the previously named settings. An easy fix. But now I do it over and over and even super slow but it seems to let me in when it feels like it.
I figured this was due to a recent iOS 9 update but then realized that the problem was limited to only this website.

What is it doing? 404 error?

ios9? Is that Iphone or ipad? Current updates?

I don't see any issue on chrome on the ipad. What browser?

After I submit password, the screen resets to default log in just like when cookies are disabled.

iPhone and IPad Air 2 both with same issue.

Safari is the browser.


By process of elimination the only new variable appears to be IOS update but I could be missing something.

Not sure if you're missing anything. Haven't seen any reports like this, but let me look in to it. May not get any traction until Monday though.

No issues here, though not on 9,02 yet... with Windows 7 either...Might I suggest a Tech service ticket?

Is it possible you have multiple logins?

That was the question support had also Frank. If you open a ticket they can combine logins for you.
