Has anyone encountered this problem? I have followed the loading procedures exactly but the led's continally flash and never sync. I can't use the speaker and have had no luck with tech support. Is there a way of resetting the speaker to factory specs?

I loaded a new firmware version after I got my sub. It went smooth. I'm not sure which version it was, as it was back in September. When I get a chance I will check it out and get back with you.

Here is my firmware info I promised you:

Build May 8, 2014

So it looks like I do not have the most recent version. I'm not sure I want to load up the newer version if you are having these problems.

Did you get your unit to load up and operate normal?

I had to send the amp module in for repair....could never get it to load the firmware.....I haven't received the module back yet. I have two of the 18s Ai's and after having a problem with loading the firmware on the first one, I didn't try to update the other. It is working and I don't want to wait several months waiting for another repair.
