Two 328ai speakers on a single pole

Is there an approved mounting solution to put two speakers on one tripod pole? I would like to put a pair per side and would like to use only one stand per side to keep it looking less "cluttered".

I've not seen anything advertised. I'm not sure I'd want to balance two of those on a single tripod though, very top heavy...

If I HAD to do it... I'd prolly use a T bar and hang them from it...

This is such a thing as a Dual Mount Speaker Bracket, but not for speakers as heavy as a 328AI.

The generally accepted way is to use two tripods - much safer. You can usually intertwine the legs a bit to take up the smallest amount of room.

You can also fly them, if you have something acceptable to fly them from and the right hardware. This can give a lot of options for directing coverage. Here's an example using a truss:

You can do them horizontally too, if you need the dispersion that way (I would use three in a LCR sort of setup):

Just a few suggestions as food for thought...

I've used the T-bar for speakers quite a few times, but even with light speakers doubling the weight on the tripod is really noticeable. The risk of over-balancing is significant....
