i presently own AI PA speakers i have tried today to update my Ai speakers 4 total 2 subs and 2 312 tops , i have succeeded in updating them before but for some reason the last firmware update ver 1.0 5959 for the subs and tops is NOT updating the boxes as it shoud

can someone at presonus look into this matter for me please
