Still having issues with one of my 315ai. I posted about it earlier, so I won't drone on.
Is there a way to reset the speaker to the original factory settings? My thought was to roll back to factory settings then re-try the firmware update. Thanks, Rich |

That is the best Info I could find on it, hope it helps, if you have recently updated the firmware via usb stick, go ahead and try it again, couldn't hurt Steve

I had a similar issue with a firmware, and kept working at it (re-downloaded a fresh copy of the firmware, used different thumb drives, etc). The speaker (a 328) eventually came back to life and sounds fine now. I am not positive what I was doing wrong, or finally did right. Just keep at it, sometimes it takes a while.
