Leider muss ich auf Deutglisch antworten.

Ich erlebte das Gleiche beim AudioBox 44VSL.

Die Lösung?

Close S1. Make the changes using your iTwo control software (UC?). Restart S1.

Studio One takes exclusive control of the USB port when it starts, so no other program can change the settings, not even the "Control Panel". Clicking on that button in the S1 Audio configuration does nothing on Windows.

Bitte entschuldigen Sie mir mein Deutsch. Ich hab's verloren.

Correct. You MUST close S1, make the desired Sample Rate and ASIO Buffer Size changes using the iTwo control panel. From the iTwo User Manual:

Power User Tip: You should set your buffer size prior to launching your host application. Setting your buffer size to 64 or 128 may have a performance effect on your computer.

The buffer size determines the roundtrip time it takes audio data to be converted from analog to digital and back to analog. As a general rule, the higher the buffer size, the better the system performance, but the less playable virtual instruments and the like become.

In general, 512 samples (11 to 12 milliseconds) will provide you with a large enough buffer for optimum system performance but small enough to minimize latency and be unobtrusive.
