If you have Artist, you won't be able to.

If your plugs are 32-bit and you're running the 64-bit version of Pro, you'll need a bridge like J-Bridge.

Other than that, just go to Menu: Studio One | Options | Locations | VSTPlugins and put in the path(s) where your plugs are (installing all of your plugs, when possible, to a common directory like C:\Program Files\VST Plugins" helps, they'll kinda show up automatically once the path is there) ... but you may have to restart S1 to see them adding a new path.

Can you explain this a bit more? I am running 64-bit S1 pro and cant see any of my plug ins . My midi keyboard stopped working in 32 bit but works fine in 64. So that's another issue Im having.

32-bit plugs don't work in any 64 bit host without some kind of bridge. As to the other stuff, the manual (IIRC) explains how to point Studio One to your plugin directories ("Locating Plug-ins") but if you've done that already and your 64-bit plugs still aren't showing up you should probably post in the tech support board to get some detailed help with that and with your midi keyboard not working in 32-bit.

One day, hopefully soon I will get studio one pro. It seems there are a lot of features that come with the pro DAW.
I now know you can't use vst plugins for the artist version. Thanks. I can't seem to get the free NI Kore to produce any sound as a stand alone software. I am using a Alesis Q49 midi controller/ keyboard and have had no problems getting it to work on Studio One Artist in Presence. Do I need to actually plug in a midi cable into my Audiobox interface or will it work with the usb cable I am using for S1 Artist? Any help would be grateful.

Just one thing, in Windows 7 / Vista, I would avoid putting your common directory "VST Plugins" within the ...\Program Files directory, to avoid complications with access permissions (User Account Control). I've used two folders here:
C:\Music Production\VST Plugins 32\... and
C:\Music Production\VST Plugins 64\...

Good point. I never use UAC but apparently many do.
