Drag n' Drop

I really want to be able to grab something and move it where I need it / want it, if I want to move the transport controls I want to do that, if I want to move a plugin from one folder to another I want to do that I figure being able to drag things around would probably solve this. I know I can re-arrange certain aspects, but what about multiple monitors(video) I have quite a few spread around the room depending on where I'm working, it would be great to move the things I need to one screen etc etc.
