They haven't posted compatibility with Mountain Lion yet so upgrade at your own risk.

Jason - Any idea when we can expect compatibility ??? And do you by now know if an update is necessary or if it is likely that it will just work ?

OK guys. As appointed Guinea Pig at the office, I have installed Mountain Lion on my MacBook Pro laptop. I have Studio One 2.0.6 Professional running with Melodyne.
I have tested everything from recording (from a SL24) to editing to pitch correction with Melodyne. Bounced tracks and a full mix. Everything seems to be working just fine.
I do not use MIDI so I haven't tested that part or samples. I do have MIDI working on my Mac Mini in the studio but I won't upgrade that to Mountain Lion until I am 100% sure everything is working.
As a person that only does live recording, mixing, mastering and such, I think S1-2.0.6 is good to go. If you use MIDI, someone needs to test that extensively.

Compatibility does not only rest with Studio One but also the hardware devices (ala AudioBoxVSL, Focusrite whatever, Motu whatever, Avid etc etc ) and "third party" plugins.. So be careful.. be very very careful before jumping a production environment until you are 100% sure EVERYTHING will work.
Hopefully Presonus will soon make an announcement about all their hardware, apps and drivers etc.
Last time OSX was updates some nice person in the "interweb" created a wiki which listed all Audio Apps and plugins etc and indicated the e level of compatibility.. Don't recall who that was or where it was but I hope they do it again as it was really helpful.

Things you don't know:
1. Presonus has not released supported drivers for Mountain Lion and you should never upgrade before a new operating system is supported.
2. See 1.
