how to install

i cannot install this. i installed from the disk, then noticed on the jacket it said to check the website for the most recent driver. i can't tell from the numbers which is more recent but i assume the website. so i installed from the website. but when i did so, the VSL portion of the program seemed to vanish. so then i thought the disk must be ONLY the VSL portion of the program, so I installed the disk again.

Now i don't know what to do at this point. How do I uninstall and start fresh?

hello i have a similar problem... do i have to uninstall the old driver when i want to install the new one from the website?

There's a writeup in the knowledgebase that tells you how to perform an uninstall of the driver. You'll want to both do that.

The driver on the website is the latest version. Download and install it.

If VSL does not start immediately check your programs folder, make sure the knob on the front of the interface is set to VSL, and make sure that the program isn't possibly running in the system tray (near the clock on Windows machines).
