How To Import Instrumentals into Studio One

I've recently jus brought Presouns AudioBox Studio. I've got everything set up. I have NO EXPERIENCE in using a studio. I'm trying to figure out how in tha world do i import instrumentals into the studio one?

If you are using the artist version, the file needs to be .wav. Drag it into the arrange panel and you're done. If you are using Producer or Pro, they can do the same thing with .wav or .mp3 files.

Yea, I'm usin tha Artist version, what is a "arrange panel"?

The arrange panel is where you would be seeing the recorded files. If you have the mixers sitting at the bottom of the screen, the arrange would be behind it. Looks like a big grey screen if you dont have anything recorded.
