Well its been five weeks since ordering my overlay stickers, I guess their not sending them now because i left NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. Well isnt that just a top notch company.
I in no way answer for presonus, but alot of us ordered them all at once. most likely they are waiting on a shipment to send them to you. there is no way they could antisapate how many people would order them right away and probably only made X amount for the first batch which got sold quickly. I would think not spending more then projected sales to keep the cost of other hardware down would be a smart buisness move myself. I really doubt its because you left negitive feedback, but I can understand your frustration not getting them yet. you also have to remember this is holiday season when UPS, FED-Ex and the like are all slammed with packages and dont guarantee their days of delivery.
Well guess what . Its been over 6 weeks and still no overlay stickers and if you go to the store section they do not say out of stock.Thats just PITIFUL ON THEIR END. Im telling everyone I know to search elsewhere before buying PRESONUS!
Well Well Well Here we are again, 9 weeks since ordering overlay stickers and still no stickers or explanation of why I havent received them yet . I know there losing sales because I told 2 people at guitar center my problems and suggested they NOT BUY PRESONUS and they didnt. What a HIGH that was when I walked out of there. Presonus------ YOU SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Whilst I would agree that having to wait 9 weeks for your overlay stickers to arrive is frustrating, if the company are waiting on a new batch, it probably won't happen instantly. All of the firmware upgrades to the studiolive series have been free, giving you greater functionality of your console for FREE. Seriously, quit whining. Meantime as has been suggested, make some labels up yourself until you get the PreSonus ones. It's only SIX labels. Either that, if you're so upset that you're Actively telling people not to buy PreSonus products, I think you should buy a different product and move on with your life.
But guess what? Buy any other product and you will still have the possibility of hitting support issues with the manufacturer. It's annoying and frustrating, but it's life. Try chilling out a bit man....

Have you call or talked to the Sales Department? if so what did they tell you? They would be the only people to tell you when or if they were shipped. they come in a normal blue envelope so when I got mine I wouldnt have guessed it to be them. but really if you havent contacted the Sales department how can you blame them for not knowing there is an issue? ill bet in a few weeks we will see the same type of message as all your 5 messages have been like this with no indication that have read any of the posts on this topic. If you have contacted them forgive my rant, but if not remember comunication is a 2 way street.
By the way I run into people telling me this brand or that is horrible. I do the same thing they did I walk out then I come back when that person isnt around to give me a hard time and buy what I have already reaserched.

It looks like the page is gone along with all of the spare parts. It looks like it's time to call tech/sales support directly. When they were on the web site I think I remember them being $7 for two stickers.

Mine took several months but I did finally get them. I ordered them around the same time as the OP.
