How does everyone like it??
FYI the initial back of ProPack discs does not have the installer on it
It's only 8MB so it can be easily emailed. If you need it, send your FSP serial number to techsupport@presonus.com

Absolutely, I think we'll have it available for sale in February, but I'll get back to you with an update.

I'm Confused...What is "Eye Q"?
it's a visual EQ plugin that's offered with FSP.

Is it (EyeQ) worth moving my entire rack unit to get to the serial number? I registered, can I find my serial number online?
Anybody got a screenshot??

The S/N is also located on the box under the UPC code (which you may had thrown out), but there’s one more sticker on the paper mail-in registration card. If you registred onlne, you might still have it.

If I bought the unit in January, is there better chance, that EyeQ will be included in my ProPack?

although im generally happy with my fsp i am quite dis-satisfied that my eyeq was omitted from propak software even though its prominently displayed on back of box, and after 5 days of e-mails as per ur instructions on top of thread, i still havent even got a response from presonus (makes me glad i havent had serious tech issues to deal with where would i be then) i think this is quite poor support to say the least

Yes.
I have emailed twice in two weeks and still have not received eyeq in my email. What's going on here.

I would definately agree with the other user who said that the high end was transparent and clear. I have used it on a few vocal tracks and am very pleased - crisp and more professional vocals than I had recorded in the past.
The user interface is attractive and intuitive; I was able to get up and going in seconds with it. I was surprized at how useful the presets were. They are a great starting point for a given track. Of course, no preset can be applied and not tweaked, but those within the EyeQ really gave me a good start.
I have not tried the EyeQ on anything else other than vocals as of yet, but I will be using it frequently in the future I'm sure.
Thanks Mr. Devore for firing the EyeQ off to me!

I sent out an email requesting this about 2 weeks ago and have not heard anything back yet, nor have I received the plug in. Any chance I can get you to send it over to me Wesley?

I sent a couple of notes to the tech support email, but haven't gotten a response. And, I can't really find any good notes on EyeQ. Did it phase out of existence?

You can either send an email to techsupport@presonus.com or you can contact me directly. Just shoot me an email with the serial number off of your product and I'll send you the installer for EyeQ asap.
Thanks!
