faderport and Nuendo 2

I just got a faderport and dropped it's dll file into the components section of Nuendo 2 and it doesn't show up in devices for Nuendo. The manual says click on the + sign in Device Setup but there is none. Faderport doesn't show up on the add/remove list either.

I am having the same problem with Cubase SX2- no plus sign to add devices.
I am going for another read of the manual, specifically how to add devices, didn't see anything the first time......

Hey Skoora, just got an email from Wesley-
Contrary to the Presonus website (tech page of faderport) that claims SX2 is under the list of compatible and tested software, is not supported.
I would assume the same for Nuendo 2.
False advertising if you ask me.

Well judging from this forum there's a lot of compatability issues in general with Presonus gear. I'm returning the Faderport. I'm still seeing how the FS works out before I return it as well.

Ive use the faderport with Nuendeo 3 and theres no problem at all:)

and i find it VERY handy:) :) :)
