Hi fellows,
I'd like to ask if is normal that Sonar detects the FSP as a 44.1 and 48 Khz only interface.
When the FSP is set to 44.1 (in the Firecontrol app), sonar's wave profiler detects the FSP only as 44.1 and 48 Khz and says 88.2 and 96 Hkz are not available. Now if i select 96 (in the Firecontrol app) sonar's wave profiler detects the FSP only as 88.2 and 96 Khz and says 44.1 and 48 Hkz are not available.
I've never owned a firewire interface before and maybe this is normal, could someone confirm??
This is the second FSP (because the first one came defective with bad preamps) and is not something that bothers me because I work almost exclusively on 24/44.1 but my old Maudio Audiophile 24/96 is detected with all the sample rates it supports though is a pci interface.
Anyway, in the couple of hours that I've been testing the FSP it is working very good with Sonar PE 7.0.1. using the supplied drivers 3.0.0.70.
Thanks as always for your time.
