Firestation problems

I`ve got the Firestation, but the driver are bad and Presonus don`t support the Firestation anymore. So I have to kick the firestation in to the garbage.
I can not sell a bad product.
Do you have the firestation too?

What should I do?
Where can I get better drivers?

Same boat here. I sucked it up and bought a Firepod. Part of me wants to be pizzed with PreSonus over my expensive mistake with the Firestation, but it's hard to tell whom to blame. Yamaha never really came through with a viable version of mLan for the PC.

I am a software developer and despite my PC expertise, I never really got the Firestation working with Windows XP SP2. That's after trying different Firewire cards, reinstalling Windows numerous times, and unsuccessfully attempting to flash the Firestation's firmware. (It was flashed to 1.43 or something, most recent is 1.46 or something)

The Firepod? You just plug it in and it works, man.
