Hello all, I just bought a FireStudio Project and am having tons of sync problems. Many different factors have thrown my sync off including firewire hardrives, playing songs in quicktime and itunes and booting up certain logic sessions. Does anyone know how to fix this? This requires me to shutdown, turn off my drives which I need, and turn on the FS Project before I power up my G5 Power PC. I have an mbox, which I unplugged and maybe I could run clock through spdif, but I dont know if that will have any other implications like buffer size etc. I bought it about a week ago so if a driver update is long away, I would even return the FS project for the full FS. Thanks.

Well from reading your post I see many many problems. First is your grammar, but this being an audio forum I wont get into that.
Second, your using Logic, which means your using a mac and your using an mbox. I can't believe you bought that computer/software/interface, get with the times and get a real computer like a Dell don't you know Macs are dead! just ask Presonus, that's why they haven't updated their drivers for the Mac Firestudio.
Lastly, you seem like a jackass in general, if I we're you I'd delete my account and throw away my computer. Actually no, I'd prolly just kill myself. Quit life make music....

The only jackass I see in this thread is you, Funkfish. Stop being useless and contribute something positive.

Dear funkfish, (the grammar master) speaking of grammar, on your second point, you said "your using Logic," the correct term is you're, a contraction of the words you and are. Please play nice. "if I we're you, I'd delete..." we're is a contraction for we are, the correct term is were, a manner of stating past tense... "prolly" let's not even go there. Please play nicely.
