PreSonus Project:No Metronome

I'm a newbie running Cubase LE 4 (4.0.3) with PreSonus Firestudio Project. I'm running on a Dell Dimension DXP061. 2 CPUs with a gig of ram. OS is Vista.
So far as I can tell I've setup the Metronome correctly under the Transport menu as well as on the Transport Panel. I get no click track. TIA for any assistance.

Rob,

I'm not sitting in front of my machine, so I can't tell you the exact menus, but you also need to make sure that "Click" is enabled for the audio output that you want to use. I can't remember if its under the ASIO setup or if its under the VST Connections setup, but you will see a column next to all of the outputs that says "Click". Simply add a check mark next to the output you want to send the click to.

I'm having the same problem, the thing is that I can't find a "click enable box" in the device setup menu or the vst connections menu.
help please!!
