I have everything mixed down but what to use a external maximizer to finalize the mix. Is it possible to loop the mix through the FP / maximizer and back to the DAW.
Would I do this as a new track on the Cubase?
Or whats the best way to use such routing?
Thanks in advance,
Rick

I would imaging it is possible but I have been curious myself if this will work. I mostly just mixdown in Cubase and export but I think it would be cool to the send the mix through a compressor or leveler or even my bass amp!:D

I was thinking more about my question. I think the only way is to route / bus the mix out one of the outputs to the maximizer and the send it back through the FP on a new track and then record the new while playing the mix.
But I will wait for others opinion before I do this.

Send the master bus to output 3 & 4, patch whatever you want into it and return it to input 1 & 2.
Create a new stereo track in your DAW, record enable the track and assign input 1 & 2 to it.
Turn the FirePod no-latency monitor to DAW playback only and enable software monitoring.
You should be able to hear your mix thru the maximizer and check levels now.
When you're ready, just hit record... done and done! :)
