FP4 Rebate - 20 weeks and counting?!?

I need some help. I sent in a rebate back around July 1st after buying a FP10 within the rebate period (May I believe). I checked on its status on September 6th because I was surprised to have not received anything, and supplied them with my FP serial number and offered to resend the rebate info, and received this response:

Your rebate has been received and approved. We are currently backordered on the HP4s but your rebate will ship as soon as the inventory becomes available.

However nothing has arrived! I emailed rebates@presonus.com once on 11/4 and again on 11/12 when I received no response. I still have not received any response from either emails.

What is going on? Needless to say I'm becoming concerned. Is anyone else still waiting on their HP4? Who do I need to ping to get this taken care of?
