Hi
Is anyone else having sync issues with Cubase Studio 4.1 and the Presonus Firepod? Since updating to 4.1, it sounds as if it keeps losing sync (horrible jittery distortion) with Cubase, even though the blue sync light stays on. If I switch to the built-in audio, everything sounds fine.
Fiddling with the clock source settings in audio / midi setup and in Cubase seems to fix the problem, but after a short while (<16 bars) it comes back. The CPU meter is only at 50% or so, the disk meter at <10%, and the problem only seems to happen with Cubase (fine in Melodyne, iTunes, DVD player etc.). It also seems a *lot* worse since I installed the 10.4.11 update.
Help! Work on my band's album is stalled because of this... :(
