Updated to the 2.64 drivers and Firmware, still no SPDIF audio. Clock sync's from both in and out but I am getting no audio. I am using a optical/coax converter (m-audio CO2) Triton Studio into Firepod. I was using the Beta 2.44drivers which seemed to allow windows audio when the 2.42 did not. Recording and playback has been wonderful using Samplitude. Line Out/ IN are my work around but it would be choice to keep it digital. Nothing seems changed. Am I missing something? Anyone else having this problem? Help. Thanks.

Hmm, the new firmware update should allow S/PDIF input.

Shoot me your email and I'll send you the Firmware downgrade.

You really don't need to update the firmware unless you are running multiple firepods.

email address in my sig:

Thanks.

I have the exact same problem. I routinely used the S/PDIF input for recording guitar. Worked great until I upgraded the firmware. It never came back. I've tried rolling back the firmware with the patch that Ben is talking about sending you, but that did nothing for me. I've gone all the way back to the original drivers and firmware that came with my unit, but I can't get the digital input to work. I continued to follow up with Presonus, but the replies sorta petered out.

Hey Ben, I loaded the firmware downgrade, still no spdif in. Clock syncs but no audio. Spdif hasn't worked since I got the firepod. Everything else works great but can't get Spdif to work. Any other ideas? Thanks.
