Well now that I have all the software and hardware figured out for the firebox it decides to start having volume static problems and bleed through the headphone and mic inputs.
I've really tried to like this box even though it took three of them before I got one that worked and then the hardware glitches that I didn't think I would ever get ironed out. Then there was the 96 hz firmware update that I never noticed but it was what was advertised when I bought it and it wasn't what I got. (if they avoid a lawsuit with this then I think there is a lawyer missing an oppurtunity).
Well I've emailed tech support about my problem and of course my unit is out of warranty. I will have them give me estimate on repair costs and expected return time. Then I going to try to sell this and move on to something else.
Life is to short to waste time and money on equipment that does not work.
