Firepod 10, GT-PRO, and Cubase...

I have a GT-PRO that I run directly into the Firepod 10 (inputs 1 & 2). When I listen to the output through my monitors or headphones, all is well. However, when I record through Cubase Studio it seems to be separating the mix into left and right channels. The result, depending upon the preset, is a weak sound (clean guitar) on the left and a strong sound (distorted guitar) on the right channel. It's not mixing them.

Any suggestions?
