faderport..some buttons have no light

i am having problem with the faderport, i am using PT 7.3.1le and i just bought a new faderport. all the buttons works fine with PT, but some of them won't light up even i press or engage them. i thought it is just a product problem. so i try the other faderport( i bought two of them). they are all having the same problem that some buttons won't light up. and the markers problems still occuring..
pls help

and i phoned to the technical support of presonus 2 days ago, they said they would email me and let me know why it happened yesterday(march 6th)(they said the latest)
but until now i didn't receive anything from them:mad: :mad:

hey, their email was having some trouble earlier this week, they are trying to catch up. give em a little break, and you can always email them again as a reminder.

Is there something wrong with the set-up for Pro tools? I dont use it I use Cubase SX3 with a Mackie control universal but why protools?

Okay, I made a mistake in assuming that ProTools implements HUI like Logic, DP and Cubase do :o

We retested the FaderPort in ProTools because of this rash reports of buttons not lighting up. I was wrong. READ, WRITE, and TOUCH do not like up as they do in every other HUI application. We'll have an update for you guys soon that should address this.
